Philippines as one of the most chosen country for Offshoring


Offshoring is the relocation of a company from one country to another because of financial reasons and obtaining manpower that will perform their business operations and services in a least expensive way in order to keep the company running. Offshoring often involves outsourcing but that's if the company opts to hire a third party in order to do their services and business transactions.

This kind of business concept is widely use by large companies now a days, most specially by the companies that is based at the US and some of the European countries. These companies doesn't have enough budget to obtain resources in terms of manpower that is why they seek other countries for human resources.
